Comfy room in converted garage with mezzanine bed

The room has a mezzanine floor with a comfortable double mattress and lots of storage in the eaves. There is a skylight above the bed with a blackout blind and the room is well insulated and has central heating.

There is a (NB!) shared bathroom, shared well-equipped kitchen and a nice private bird-filled garden to chill out in. We are tidy but not immaculately so!

Our location is in a quiet residential area, about 10 minutes walk from the town centre and very close to a supermarket and to bus routes. Council tax band C but included in rent.

We are a lively and easy going couple who go away a lot and are very involved in traditional sailing boats.

Looking for one quiet friendly person who likes well behaved dogs (we only have one!). Would perfectly suit someone looking for an initial short-term let.

Wifi and bills are included (but we can't absolutely guarantee that you will be able to park on our road.)

NB. I'm afraid the room isn't suitable for anyone with any kind of mobility issue due to the stairs to the mezzanine
