The flat is located on Dracaena view, about 5 mins walk from a bus stop and about a 15 minute walk into town. There is currently 3 other tenants, 2 guys and 1 girl who are all 20 and very laid back, studying film, illustration and textiles.
The flat has 1 shared bathroom which is kept clean by everyone, and a shared kitchen/living area with a dishwasher and a lot of fridge freezer space. There is also a small garden to the back of the flat that is just for our use!
The letting is through millers, and so the tenancy would have to go through them just to make it all legit. The owner of the flat has a property manager who is super friendly and easy to get in touch with if there are ever any problems.
Bills aren’t included in the rent, but come to approximately £30-35 each per month (give or take) including WiFi!
The room is furnished with a double bed, drawers, desk and wardrobe and is available immediately as I am currently staying with family locally.
