Hi, i've dropped out of university and am looking for someone to take my room ASAP. The house is in Falmouth near the hospital, it was recently renovated last year, £495 per month all bill includes plus a weekly clean of communal areas. The property is large SpareRoom's did not allow me to enter the total number of rooms above 12 or the number of people above 10, however the total is 15 rooms, 9 of which have en-suites, there is a bathroom on the second floor and a wet room on the first floor. Each room has a half height fridge-freezer in it and there is also a communal fridge-freezer in the kitchen. There are two dishwashers, two washing and drying machines in the kitchen. The house is heated from underfloor heating throughout the property with individual control of each room. There is off road parking at the front and side of the property.
