I have one small double room available in my place from 18th June. Please read ahead before contacting me... I live in between cornwall and london. The whole place is fully furnished, as was an air bnb rental, so has everything you can imagine ever needing in a home. It's a 3 bed property (one small room left for office or storage) with a new kitchen, open plan kitchen and lounge. It has one bathroom with freestanding bath and separate shower. Theres also free parking out front and a shared garden front and back. The flat is diagonally across from stunning park which is better than any garden. It has tons of light and is situated on the corner of Kimberly park, so is in an amazing location, right by town. You would have the place to yourself sometimes.

The rent includes all bills.
