We are a house of 3 friendly, sociable souls who are looking for a 4th female housemate. Preferably in their 30's.
The bedroom being let is a large sunny double bedroom at the front of the house, facing east, so gets the morning sun. The room will be let unfurnished.
We have an awesome suntrap out the back for BBQ's and drinks (when Cornish weather permits!). We also have a good new television, good shower, washer, tumble drier and dishwasher.
The costs break down as follows:
• £375 deposit paid to estate agents
• £140 for contribution to shared furniture (paid to outgoing housemate)
• £450 per month rent that includes all bills and house necessities (may possibly increase if cost of fuel decides to keep increasing)
Our house is our home so we are looking for someone who is clean, tidy and considerate of others. We are pretty chilled in the week as we all have full-time jobs, but do like to watch sport, a film or socialise together. We respect each other's space so communal areas (dining room, kitchen, living room) is where we tend to hang out.
Of course, we all have our own social lives, so do not live in each other's pockets.
No couples (sorry!). Pets welcomed (if we can persuade landlady).
