The house is 3 miles from Falmouth and from Tremough Campus, in the countryside, ideal for someone with a car for a 10 minute drive to town, uni, the beach, or the nearby Helford River. It is wonderful and quiet with loads of outside space including gardens with a bbq, fire pit, trampoline, and fields and woods to explore.
I live here with my 19yr old daughter, one other female tenant and a little dog. My boyfriend spends time here also.
