Room available in the Spiral Housing Cooperative

Do you love to be part of a community? Would you love to run creative events and large scale parties? Are you looking for a place to live with beautiful Cornish views? Are you ready for a life changing experience?
If you answered yes to all of the above then the cottage community may be for you.

We currently have 1 space available for a touring caravan in our yard, available from April 2026. DSS welcome. You will be seen as a full member are take part in co operative house duties as a whole collective. This involves regular meetings (every three weeks) and party prep in the summer. This isn’t just a temporary base we want someone who wants to make this space their long term home.

Rent includes Broadband, and all bills/ + Eco Products such as Shampoo, Body Wash, and Washing Liquid.

You will have use of two bathrooms, but use compost toilets outside the property for anything other than a wee.

We are really looking for someone who wants to get involved with cooperative living. Tasks include general house upkeep, creative activities, cooking once a week, and help with events (We hold licensed parties to the general public twice a year) Although looking to secure creative funding to encourage smaller cultural events throughout the year.
