Modern Double Room in a 4 bed House

My name's Chris, I work in the military and sometimes spend a lot of time away abroad for work so the house will mostly be yours for parts of the year. I'm looking for a lodger so the house doesn't remain empty.
I currently have a lodger in one of the rooms, the one available is the one in the pictures.
I'm looking for a professional who is respectful and responsible.
I'm extremely laid back, spend most my spare time in my study chatting with mates and gaming. I like going out for the occasional bit of food or drink, or ordering takeaways!
The house is fully furnished and has everything you could need from a washer dryer, air fryer, microwave, dishwasher and more.
I have a garage for storage, and off street parking for 3 small cars. Although depending on driving requirements, there is also visitor parking that can be used.
It has a family bathroom that will be shared between 2 as my room has an en-suite.
The property is new, modern and of a high spec, I'm a bit of technical geek so has very fast broadband and various games consoles and computers to an electronic drum kit and acoustic guitars.
I'm happy with people needing to work from home if needed. the kitchen has a large table or there is space for a desk in the living room if required.

I've just had the garden landscaped, so it's great for the summer, and hoping to get a hot tub soon.
