I have recently renovated my 3 bedroomed house in Falmouth and looking for a cool laidback person to rent the main double bedroom. It is currently part furnished but I’m happy to work that out with whoever rents it. My dog tide will be there some of the time as well. My intrests include MTB anything adventurous and outdoors.
Cooking, movies, also drinking while cooking. I will need to see proof of employment or study as well as references. It would ideally suit a working professional or an older student. Someone who's tidy conscientious and chilled.
