Long Term Let For Room In Falmouth High Street.

I am moving out of my double room and need someone to move in with my two flatmates. The new flatmate would be taking over my 12 month contract that runs until March 2025. It is also possible to do a short-term let however you would then need to find someone to fill your room! Private landlady is very friendly and looks after the flat.

The flat has two bathrooms, one kitchen/living area and three bedrooms and an attic. It is near Greenbank so in a lovely location for walks and swims and also close to all the high street shops! Bills and council tax are not included (approx 145 at the moment). There is no parking for the house but parking nearby is easy to find and I have never had any problems.

Room is top floor, large with double bed and furnishings. It is very light and comfortable, with wooden floor and furnishings.

Other two flatmates are working professionals, very friendly, sociable and love the outdoors, cooking and surfing. But open to all potential flatmates, even if interests are not the same! Open to students as well as professionals! I have been studying a masters, however I have been paying council tax, flatmates may be open to covering your part if we have a discussion about that just let me know!
