I’m Molly a 25 yr old wildlife documentary filmmaker starting my MSc in Marine Vertebrate Ecology and Conservation in September. I’m looking for 4 house mates to fill a house in central Falmouth. Small room- £120.00 per week
Medium- £135.00 pw
2 large rooms with sea rooms - £150.00
Bills are gas/elec are from £25.40 each per month and water is £37.00 each per quarter.
The house is furnished and each room has a bed, desk, and chair and wardrobe.
The agreement will start on 5th September 2024 - 31st August 2025.
