Large double room in semi detached house

Thinking about renting a room. I have been doing Airbnb but would be up for sharing my space with the right person. I may continue to do a bit of Airbnb in the other room. The room is the master bedroom and is a good size with a view down to the sea, just! The house is 3 bedroom semi on a hill. It's just off of old hill and is a convenient location. Small but functional bathroom. Shower has good pressure and is nice and hot. Fitted kitchen including dishwasher and tumble dryer. Shared living room. Nice little garden area front and back with chairs and stuff. It is a nice little spot for sun plus you get a breeze. Very close to Dracaena centre. I've been overseas for a while, I usually work in education and/or addiction treatment. I'm many years clean and sober. You don't have to be! Just thought it worth mentioning. I'm pretty easy going, keep the place fairly clean but not obsessively so. Looking for a single working person. 2 months rent up front. Tell me a little about yourself and we can go from there.
