Double room available in large maisonette. The space occupies the first and second floors of a larger building located in the centre of Falmouth, close to the station, and with unrestricted street parking on various roads nearby.

The property is set back from the main street so is reasonably quiet, and yet just around the corner from some of Falmouth's loveliest places to go out, the shops and of course the sea! It's the maritime end of town so a pretty short meander to the beaches.

It's light and homely with a balcony off the kitchen/diner. There's a small utility area with washing machine, and a very comfortable shared living room. The bathroom has a wonderfully powerful shower over the bath, and the bedroom itself comes with a bed, desk and curtains if required.

You will be joining two housemates female 31 and male 27. We are looking for someone who is clean, considerate and friendly, who is looking to settle for 6 months +.

It's a relaxed house, one working shifts, the other working mostly from home. If you're reasonably outgoing, like a pint, and a trip to the beach then you'd probably quite like the place.

The boring stuff - council tax not included in rent so you'll have to throw in an extra 45 a month. Bills around about the same. Unlimited broadband available. Gas+electricity is pay-as-you-go, shared by all of the housemates.
