The house will be available from the 1st September. Looking for 4 friends to share a nicely furnished 4 bed house, which is very central to town centre All with double beds desks wardrobe draws. Lounge with 2 sofas, kitchen with breakfast bar, double oven, microwave ,large fridge separate freezer, Dishwasher, washing machine & tumble dryer. Pots pans plates etc. Also has a conservatory which is south facing, which has a large dining table and chairs, back garden. The house has gas central heating. Bathroom which has just been fitted with a new large walk in shower . On street parking, bus stop at the end of road. 5 min walk into town. Some views of the harbour. Bills work out roughly £45 per person per month. Would prefer 4 friends who are going into there 2nd year at uni This will be available from 1/09/2023.
