There is a garden, laundry facilities and easy parking close by. Students or professionals are welcome in this pleasant friendly house. Wi-fi and most bills are included. Sorry, we can't take pets. There are tropical fish already living here. We usually offer 6 month lets. For clarification, the room is double size, but offered for one person.
