Double room for a weekday-only rent in a lovely ground-floor apartment on a quiet road near the beaches.

The house is a 5-minute walk to both Gylingvase and Swanpool beaches and a ten-minute walk into town down Woodlane or to one of two stations. There is a bus stop at the end of the road.

The room is at the back of the house and looks over the garden. It has a queen-size double bed, a sink, built-in storage space and a desk. There is reliable superfast broadband and off-road parking.

I live there, but am away on business a great deal.

You will share the kitchen with two other lodgers, a lovely professional couple in their 20's, You will have exclusive use of the bathroom most of the time.

The rent - Monday to Thursday night only, includes all bills including wi-fi and use of the washing machine, tumble dryer and dish-washer.
