Quiet cul sac 10 minutes walk from the hospital and 5 mins walk from Truro college. I have two parking spaces so one will be available for you if needed.

Fast fibre broadband and a Netflix profile on the main Tv included.

Clean and tidy home with professional and easy going female. I currently work from home so you would need to be at work during the day for confidentiality reasons.
This room isn’t suitable if you work nights.

Lots of storage in the room with comfy double bed and blackout blinds.
Shared use of living room, bathroom and kitchen.
I’m in the living room all day for work so I try and be out and about in the evenings, (usually at the gym) so you have plenty of space to relax.

Would suit someone who works set days and needs a ‘bolt hole’ during the week for work. This will not be your main home /address and the price reflects this.

Your room will be cleaned and bed made weekly which is included in the weekly cost.
I also take care of all the cleaning of communal areas.

I occasionally dog sit for family so, even though this isn’t very often, it would probably not suit someone who is allergic or phobic.
