Spacious Double with Ensuite in Large cottage

Fantastic double room with king size bed and private bathroom in a large recently renovated cottage.

Whilst I am a live in landlord I am away a lot of the time so you will have the place to your self for significant periods of time!

I am a friendly, outgoing and flexible person who enjoys the company of similar people and I love relaxed conversation over a wine or coffee. This would suite someone similar who is also happy by themselves and would enjoy the cottage to themselves a lot of the time. You'll have access to a fantastic garden which you'd be welcome to explore and enjoy. Extra points if you work in, or have a passion for gardening, nature, environmentalism or sustainability, I am sure we would get on well! I am flexible on providing additional/different storage furniture for the bedroom.

The cottage has a bright spacious sun room, a utility room with washing machine and a large kitchen/diner that stretches along to a living room with wood burner.

I am only looking for a single occupant, parking is restricted to one car. The cottage is in a picturesque rural setting just outside of Godolphin Cross with infrequent bus connections to Helston and Camborne.

Ideally looking for someone for a minimum of 6-12 months, but relatively flexible, more keen to find a good fit of person who would enjoy my cottage and take good care of it, I look forward to hearing from you.
