Double room in house in St Agnes available Mon-Fri

I have a lovely cottage down a lane near the riding stables in Goonbell with a large garden, outdoor furniture and bar-be-que.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, dressing table, cupboard, two side tables, a mirror and chair, as well as its own separate shower room.

A separate small sitting room for exclusive use is also included in the monthly rent. A study might be available and there is a larger sitting room if you'd prefer to sit with me. The kitchen has a small seating area with a view of the garden.

Shared parking outside the house.

The kitchen has a cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and Aga with a dining table and small seating area.

I have a very friendly cat who loves company and likes meeting new people.

I am a 15 minutes walk and 5 minute drive to the sea.

I'm looking for a fellow professional who would be willing to feed to cat when I'm away. Alas, no couples, pets, smokers or substance-users.
