Private bedroom, bathroom, livingroom in our home

Hi,
Me and my partner are a professional couple who enjoy being active but also enjoy our evenings relaxing after work. We are looking for a likeminded person/couple to share our home with.

We have a large loft conversion furnished as a bedroom with 2 single beds in. We also have a double sofa bed available and will be open to suggestions of how you would like your rooms arranged. We currently have a small bedroom that we have turned into a private living room so you are able to enjoy your own space.

The house is a 10 minute drive to Godrevy, Gwithian and Hayle beach on the north coast and 20 minutes to Praa Sands on the south coast. There is a bus stop at the end of our road, however, Gwinear is a village so they are not regular. St Erth and Hayle train station and local shops are within a 10 minute drive away with trains which go direct to London or St. Ives!

£500 per month fo rent includes all utility bills, use of television in the private living room, dishwasher, washing machine and drying facilities and use of the cooker/microwave.

If you are a couple looking to rent, all of the above applies but we would ask for £650 per month.
