Shared use of the spaces would mean sharing the household chores. The landlord works between Cornwall and Dorset sometimes, his son lives in the outside annex and has sole use of the downstairs bathroom.

Bills are not included. The fridge is shared and kitchen cupboards can be arranged to be individuals spaces. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.

Parking is restricted but there is parking just at the bottom of the lane from the house.
