I live with my 9 year old son, Luc and my dog, Misty who can be noisy tho not excessively.
All located in an area of outstanding natural beauty, RSPB & SSSI. Kite-surfing, surf, canoe, kayaking and paddleboarding all on the doorstep and less than a 20 minutes walk to the town of Hayle and infrastructure to all major areas including direct to London Paddington.
Would prefer non smokers, drinkers or late night partyers etc. tho outdoor smoking is permitted. Has to be kid and animal friendly.
