Lovely room to let in town house

A large double bedroom in a very comfortable house.

Gas central heating, double glazed, constant hot water, super fast broadband, Sky TV. Room furnished , double bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers. It is possible to substitute the bed for a single divan which would make masses of space for a comfy chair and desk or small table.

The bathroom is shared. There is an over bath power shower, basin and WC, constant hot water.

The kitchen diner is farmhouse style, with a double oven range style stove and hobs. Dishwasher. Large table , There is a 3 seat sofa and TV French doors lead out to the patio garden which is a good entertaining area in warmer weather.

The utility room is off the kitchen , washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer and fridges. Downstairs cloak room.

The sitting room is a lovely room to rest and relax in, there are two matching sofas and a large lazy boy chair, TV, radio , dvd player . No dogs allowed in this room , well that's the plan !

Absolutely NO smoking as I have an allergy to the smoke.

The house is situated at the top end of town , close to Tesco, and the bus stop, Doctors, Sports and bus stops.

There is no parking with the property , however there is a free public car park nearby.
