Large Double Room with all facilities

I have a large double room available for a short term let.

The room is clean and furnished (double bed, wardrobes, chest of drawers) making it suitable for a single person or couple*.

In addition to the room, you'll have your own lounge and shared use of the fully fitted, kitchen, bathroom, garden and summer house.

It is a terraced property, in a quiet cul-de-sac with parking for a small car. Located in the Tamar Valley you will have access to lots of countryside and river walks.

The closest town is Callington, a 20 minute walk away, with a regular bus route.

If you want to get out of the area the A30 and A38 are 15 minutes away.

*If a couple are interested this will incur a 20% increase on the rent to include bills.

Although I am a live in Landlord, I work away and am only at the house periodically.

It is important for me to have the right person(s) sharing my house therefore meeting in person is important to ensure compatible.

Ideal for a short term let - 6 months minimum with the possibly of extending to 9 months.
