Located in thriving village approx 4 miles from Bude. Village has 4 shops and 2 pubs all within easy walking distance from the studio. Launderette facility available and pool and gym available in local leisure park.

Studio has comfortable sitting area with tv and french doors to decking area. Integral kitchen with full sized oven, fridge/freezer and separate grill. Well stocked with cooking utensils, pans etc.
Separate bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and door to en-suite bathroom which has a walk in shower, wc. and basin.

Bedding and towels supplied and laundered. Personal clothing items not laundered. Washing and drying of clothing is not permitted in the studio so the guest must make alternative arrangements.

Rent includes hot water and LPG, laundry and regular cleaning. Refuse is disposed of weekly. Internet connection is included.

Electricity is separately metered and read jointly with guest. This is recorded jointly and is payable monthly in arrears.

Rent is payable weekly in advance.

We are seeking a guest with whom we are compatible. Our present guest has been with us for 18 months and now sadly is leaving the area because of his work. We hope to find a responsible and mature male guest who
is clean and tidy, who appreciates the facilities offered, and who has a friendly and outgoing personality.

We do require suitable references and a security deposit.
