Two double rooms are available in a warm and clean detached house in a quiet cul-de-sac at the edge of the village.

Both Bedrooms have double beds with pocket sprung mattresses and plenty of storage space including drawers and large wardrobes with full length mirrors.

The house comprises ample living space, including a two TV/lounge/dining rooms, one of which is for lodger use. There are upstairs and downstairs wc/shower/bathrooms.

The Kitchen is well-equipped and has storage space available for each lodger. A separate fridge/freezer is also provided.

Car parking is available on the driveway and being only a few minutes away from the A38, is perfect for commuting to Plymouth. Alternatively, it is a 10 min walk to main bus routes. Landrake has a lovely Village Shop and Post Office with good facilities and there is a selection of supermarkets a few miles away and more local amenities in Saltash.

I am a live-in landlady who works full-time in the office of a nearby wholesale plant nursery. At home, I like to relax and enjoy gardening and cooking. I am looking for someone friendly and considerate who works full-time, but who also likes their own space.

Super-fast fibre Broadband and all Bills are included in the rent, which can be paid weekly if preferred. It is a no-smoking and pet-free household.
