Double room in a family home

Downstairs bedroom

This is a family home for me and my 8 year old son. The house is mostly quiet, but does have the general hustle and bustle if a family home.

Rent includes all bills, including council tax. The house is opposite the village pub and within walking distance to the university.

The double room is downstairs. There is a double bed, wardrobe, and drawers. A desk and chair can be added if required.

Strictly, no smoking or vaping is allowed inside the house.

We share the living room and the bathroom, and there is a separate kitchen for the lodgers to share between themselves with fridge, cooker, etc. There is a shared chest freezer in the utility room, which also houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a small back garden with seating which gets lovely afternoon and evening sun. There is a large drive for parking on the front.
