Garden Annexe for rent from 1 July to 31 August

The accommodation is adjoined to our family home.

It was built/converted in Dec 2020 and is fully furnished.

There is a kitchenette with fridge, hob, toaster, kettle and oven. It has its own washing machine. It has a small TV, shared internet and en suite.

Would suit a single person or a couple but rent would need to be negotiated if for more than one person.

Location is very close to Tremough Campus where there are various bus services and it is walking distance to Penryn Train Station (connections to Falmouth and Truro).

It is only available from the end of June to 31 August.

We do not accept smokers or pets.


There is room for one extra car on our drive but there may be occasions over the summer where you will need to be flexible with parking arrangements, e. g you may need to move your car to different part of the drive. If you don’t want to be flexible with parking, you can find other arrangements nearby.
We live in the main house with our two children (aged 17 & 16) and we both work full time.

The price does not include bed linen, towels, tea towels etc. Kitchenware and cooking equipment etc can be provided if needed for a fee.
