The house

Marhamchurch is a mile inland from Bude, with it's excellent range of shops, amenities, and activities. The village sits on two national cycle routes, one of which offers an easy 10 minute commute into Bude. Being close to the A39 there is easy road access to nearby Holsworthy and Launceston as well as Bideford and Barnstaple.

The house is recently built, roomy, light and neutrally decorated. Both double rooms are of a good size. The shared accomodation comprises a bathroom, kitchen / diner, spacious living room and a small garden with a patio and shed suitable for storing bikes etc. All bills and broadband included.

I work full-time locally in Bude. I like to think I'm easy going and friendly, and i am looking for like-minded people to share with. Must be clean and tidy, working professionals, and with references available. A deposit of one months rent will be required. Please message me for more information.
