Room to rent

Hi, I'm looking for a lodger. I have a large double bedroom for rent in my house in Millbrook (near Torpoint) for £400 per month including all bills.

I've just finished renovating my Victorian mid-terrace house to a high standard retaining lots of original features.

The large bedroom shares an ensuite (jack and Jill) bathroom. The bedroom is tastefully fully furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a dressing table with stool.

Downstairs there is a living room with a log burner, a large open plan kitchen/dining room with a large rangemaster oven, and another bathroom. Outside there are large front and back gardens with seating and a table to enjoy the sunshine and flower filled garden. Parking is on street but free and there is always lots of spaces right outside.

I currently have another lodger who is a female trainee teacher. I work away from home much of the time. I'm ideally looking for either a working professional or a mature student. I would be willing to consider couples as well however I would have to charge an extra £25 pcm to cover additional bills.

Plymouth is an easy commute from Millbrook via either the cremyl or Torpoint ferries. The amazing whitsand beach is very close by as well as the stunning surrounding countryside. Millbrook has lots of amenities and a vibrant feel.
