Double room with distant sea views in village

This is a furnished double room in a laid back house on the edge of a village near St Agnes. Shared, equipped Kitchen with washing machine & tumble dryer. Almost sole use of livingroom, with woodburning stove.

Only 2 other tenants who have their own lounge, so plenty of room. Near to Treliske and Truro college, 1.5 miles from 2 great surfing beaches, local bus has limited hourly service to Truro and college. There is a lovely village pub and 2 village shops.

Looking for sociable, laid back people but not party animals. This isn't a show-house but it has a lovely vibe. You can see the sea from the bedroom and hear it in the distance, walk out along fields and through the woods within minutes.

The house already has 2 young cats (Hades & Zeus) which stay in the other tenants' own lounge and back garden, but we can't really welcome anymore pets.
Large front garden for interested tenants to relax in or plant.

Couples are welcome but slightly higher rent, Monday - Friday lets at lower rate also considered.
