Upstairs shared lounge

Our home is high on a hill in West Cornwall, looking down to Mounts Bay and surrounded by countryside. We have on offer 2 double bedrooms with shared living space and a garden room with ensuite, available short term only up to 5 months. All bills and council tax are included, as is use of shared laundry facilities with ourselves and one other person. Shared living space will be mainly with any other occupants and for access by myself. We have our own living space otherwise. We also supply all bed linen, cleaning products and toilet tissue and will change the beds weekly, unless specifically declined. We have FTTP to the main house and have just installed a wired link to the garden room, with wireless access, but the speed there may be lower. Couples are welcome to apply. We are open to requests for a short let of 4 weeks or less, at a higher rate per night and dependant on any other occupants. We are also happy to accommodate anyone wishing to stay Mondays to Fridays.
A car is recommended, unless you really like long walks in the rain and wind, carrying heavy shopping. These will not suit everyone, but for anyone who loves to be away from everything and walk straight out into nature from the door it is ideal. It would perhaps suit someone with temporary or itinerant work, looking for long term accommodation in the area or just needing a stopgap.
I am a very active, recently widowed pensioner. I left employment 3 years ago and now enjoy being able to devote more time to our guests.
