Hi me and my partner Jess are looking for a new housemate from 1st November 2019.
Our home is newly renovated and is situated on the hill overlooking Newlyn harbour, with lofty views of Mounts Bay and the Jubilee Lido. The room is a bright, fully-furnished double with all bills included. The house is a lovely space, light-filled with an open plan layout and features lots of storage in the basement, so ideal for surf gear or similar. Shared access of the newly refurbed kitchen alongside use of all appliances (Fridge/Washing Machine inclusive). In addition there is ample street parking, lots of pot-plants and Wi-fi.
I work for the RNLI on the local beaches as a lifeguard and Jess is an art teacher at a local secondary school. We are looking for a, conscientious housemate looking for a medium to long term room in the lovely town of Newlyn. I am an avid surfer and Jess likes to produce print art in her spare time - we both love the beach and West Cornwall.
