Room available in Friendly houseshare

*The last room that we have available is £425 a month and has a small double bed (4' wide)*

All bills are included. A deposit of £300 and 1 month’s rent is required on the day of moving in (via bank transfer). Max 6 month agreement then rolling months unless otherwise agreed. One month leave notice.

We rent our rooms out to people who are working full-time between the ages of 21-40 and are looking to live in a quiet but friendly environment. This isn’t the type of house where people go out together and get drunk every night! It is not a party house.

The house has been renovated to a high standard and has been fitted with quality furniture throughout. The beds are solid wood with quality memory foam mattresses. All bedrooms have double glazing and black out, thermal curtains. There are two bathrooms, a separate WC, shower room and a communal kitchen/living room downstairs. You don't need to feel as though you have to stay in your room, you're welcome to spend as much time in the living room as you want. Garden out back and a seating area outside the kitchen. If you smoke, that's the place to do it. No smoking in the house!

There's ultrafast WiFi throughout the property and each room has a parking space allocated to it on the driveway. Use of washing machine and tumble drier (reasonable usage! i. e. 2/3 loads max a week). We're not stingy with the heating and hot water like some house shares. It's a big old house, with tall ceilings so can get pretty cold in the winter, so the heating is on from 6am - 9am, 2pm - 4pm and 6pm - 10pm from Oct through to April and hot water is available 24/7.

*Single occupancy only. Our license permits a limited number of people in the house so we cannot accept couples (although a guest every now and then is fine).*
