The two-bedroom penthouse (£190 per week) can accommodate up to five people sharing - 2 double and 1 single (bunk bed) with large seating area, large dining table and kitchen facilities including washing machine and dishwasher. Sea-views from main bedroom.
The penthouse comes with an en-suite with two showers (one walk-in), washbasin and toilet. Linen, pillows and duvet are not included in price. The main bedroom and living area have brand new flat-screen smart T. V with access to Netflix. Very secure building with CCTV and reception staff on hand. The penthouse apartment is on the top floor (three flights of stairs) and no lift is provided.
Deposit of one week rent ( required to secure room to be returned at end of stay provided all terms and conditions have been adhered to. Photo ID is required from all tenants over the age of 16. Children are welcome. No pets allowed.
Rooms are available until the end of Feb/March with possibility for extension closer to the time.
