Double Room Ensuite Newquay Centre 100pw Bills In

I have a pleasantly decorated modern style double room available from the 15th of December. This bright and airy room is also furnished and benefits from a fairly new en suite, making it of superior standard to many Newquay rooms for rent, whilst being priced fairly.

All bills are included in the rent which covers Wi-Fi (fibre optic), electricity, water and council tax.
There is a communal kitchen with all cooking utensils/amenities, as well as a washing machine. This would be shared with two other tenants (as there are three rooms in total).

The house is in an ideal central location – only two minutes walk to town and Tolcarne Beach. There is a bus stop just up the road, and Asda and Aldi supermarkets are also just minutes away on foot, as is the park. Whilst it is an exceptionally convenient and desirable central location, it benefits from being away from the ‘party’ end of town.

On that note, I would stress that the house is not a party house, and also not for student lets.
I am looking for a tenant who is clean and tidy, considerate to fellow housemates, a working professional ideally. I would prefer someone who is looking to move soon and stay all year round. (I will not consider very shorts lets, and the house is not suitable for couples, so please do not inquire in these instances!)
