Fantastic modern house with private bathroom

I have a fantastic double room available in a nice three bed house at Nansledan on the outskirts of NEWQUAY.

Everything in the house is new and modern with fibre WiFi and the usual amazon prime, Netflix, BT etc.

I have a nice garden with plenty of parking and a detached garage for storage etc

As I’ve only been in a few weeks I’m still adding a few extras in the way of furniture etc but it’s a great place to live. The kitchen has all the latest gadgets and just off it is a laundry room with the latest washer and dryer.

I’m experienced in having a tenant having lived in Manchester and then London before the move back to Cornwall. The right match is important but I’m easy to get along with I keep the place maintained and any issues I’m happy to accommodate. Like my own space but also happy to cook, put on a box set have a drink etc

I like food and keeping fit plus often busy with work so not always around through the week.

Any viewing is welcome, happy to add/remove furniture to suit.
