The owners of Shore Surf Lodge are looking for a professional single or couple (up to 4 people) to occupy the Penthouse room until the end of May, ideally. They are open to short term letting options as well. The owners have owners accommodations on site, however, they are frequently in and out due to their other businesses. They are a phone call away should you need anything.

Currently, Shore Surf lodge is in it's 'low' season, and has 5 other rooms occupied. Because the Penthouse has a separate access, directly off the parking lot, and is located over the other rooms in the building, the room is very private and quiet and does not have the feel of a 'backpackers' in the slightest.

The other tenants currently occupying the lower rooms are working professionals, and all very friendly. They work during the day, and go to sleep fairly early. I would describe them as friendly, quiet, respectful, professionals aged late 20's to mid 30's.
