Lovely Spacious Double Bedroom

I am a 38year old friendly, clean, professional. I have a lovely double room to rent in my home in Newquay from 1sr of April . It’s a quiet area with street parking, so If you have a car, you can typically find parking close by. If not, we have local shops nearby and public transportation as well. The room is furnished with bed and wardrobe with draws . Cable tv and wifi included in rent. Other utilities are included. My new houseguest will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Ideally, I’m looking for someone to stay at min 3months, Clean, respectful and not to noisy.
