I have a Double bedroom available (en suite/Toilet/shower), Fully furnished with a king sized bed and a built-In wardrobe
Semi detached property with rear garden and decking area, BBQ.
I'm really chilled out to live with, I only ask that my home is respected i. e clean and tidy, respectful towards each other etc.
I'm looking for a single person only. I have my 2 year old daughter to stay overnight once a week so I can't accomodate regular overnight guests - I'm happy to discuss this on an as and when basis, sporadically.
I work shifts (emergency services) I'm always quiet and considerate when coming and going. Due to the nature of shift work - people looking to party on the regular isn't what I'm looking for.
Ideally looking for someone like-minded, happy to share a home whilst respecting each other - I tend to keep myself to myself but equally happy to socialise.
On-Street parking only - never an issue to park.
