- one double bedroom available now for minimum 6 month let
- £500 plus bills
- bills usually come to about £130-£150 per person
- £500 deposit
- no pets will be considered
- reference of previous landlord, ID and proof of wage required
- 20+ female
- single persons only (no couples)

Room 1
- double bedroom
- cabinet
- triple wardrobe

Existing flatmate: the second bedroom is taken by another tenant. The landlords use the third bedroom.

House
- shared bathroom
- unlimited access to the living room, kitchen and spacious garden
- lots of street parking outside the house. I can send more pics if helpful.

We'd love someone who is relaxed and chilled and would treat our home like their own.
