Furnished double room with full bathroom

We are looking for find someone that is looking for a place to live in Newquay for a month. * however we may also have other rooms becoming available…. We look out over Fistral beach so it’s a fab spot - walking distance to town and easy access to the beach.
This is only until the mid May 2024 for now - but we thought if we can help someone with a place for now - then it helps us too.
We have two other bedrooms in the property both with bathrooms - so even though this room isn't officially an en-suite the family bathroom right next door this bedroom will be for you only. (Ive added the old floor plan to show you what I mean - bedroom 1 from landing the steps up would just be for you onwards. It has been since changed to one large bathroom not toliet room and shower room)
We are a married couple and have a female friend in the top spare room. We have two small dogs who are a little nervous - you have to love dogs or it’s not going to work - they are in charge ! :-) they do love you once they get to know you and you've given them a few treats.

We do not want anyone that smokes or vapes - sorry. Happy to share the kitchen and our utility room. There is street parking or the council car park just opposite. Sorry to sound boring but this is not a party house - we all work and just use the house to chill. We wouldn’t want lots of guests back too sorry (dogs don't love people in and out)
Council tax will be added as an additional bill. As long as utilities are respected we will include these but if the bills are flying much higher than expected this may be adjusted - basically we just want someone who respects that bills are crazy and to help us all be cautious.
If a couple are renting - (totally fine) but we will discuss extra bills as having 2 extra people in the house will increase bills that bit more.

** this is only for a month at the moment but it may be available for the year from Sept too in case this is of interest.
