En-suite Double Room close to Fistral

I have a large furnished double room with patio doors and en suite that will be ready at the beginning of April and available till the end of October (7 months). I have a 4 bedroom bungalow very close to Fistral beach with parking and a garden (that needs a bit of sorting but it’s always nice in the summer). The house has WiFi, washing machine etc.


We are a pretty quiet house with me and my 12 year old daughter and our dog Rose who is VERY friendly so as long as you are ok with dog cuddles! The rent would be £600 a month with bills included. You could of course use the kitchen at all times and living room when we are not home. Due to it being with my daughter we would ask that there’s no overnight visitors (unless agreed family visiting etc). I work from home some days but have an office and other times I work out and about in Cornwall. Due to me working at home sometimes, it would not be compatible for someone to work from home.

We are quite early risers and generally up and about at 6:30 in the morning but we’re pretty quiet. The room that’s being rented is tucked away. We go away a few times a year.
