Females preferred please. £550 to be paid on the 1st of every month.
You must be okay with cats as Prinny and Prince rule the house🩷
You will have your own parking space if required as well as ample storage in a large garage (honestly, so much storage!) so although the room is cosy it is okay if you have lots of belongings.
This is not a party house, we work a lot and both like our own space to unwind in a clean and calm environment.
