Double Bedroom to Let in shared house (lodging)

I’m renting out one large double bedroom in my house on the south of the Helford River.

The room is on the ground floor, and faces south and west meaning it gets lots of natural light. It has built-in storage and has been recently decorated & has a brand new mattress.

You would share a bathroom (also on the ground floor and recently redecorated) with the other lodger.

I’m a live in landlord, and currently share the house with my partner and one other lodger. Unfortunately cannot accept pets as we already have an indoor cat (she is 15 and very friendly)

The house is a 4bed detached converted bungalow with a large amount of shared space including living room, kitchen, utility & a conservatory. There is also a garage and sheds for additional storage. There is also a large driveway and a big garden (which is a perpetual work in progress)

The room comes furnished (there is some additional furniture being added) but am happy to remove if you have your own.

Bills are included in the cost of rent. Unfortunately I cannot accept students or couples.

10 minutes to Helston
30 minutes to Penryn/Falmouth

NOT suitable for people who cannot drive/ do not have a car due to location.
