Single room in Woodland houseshare

A cosy single room is becoming available in a beautiful 3 bedroom houseshare in College Wood, Penryn. The room comes furnished. The house is by the woods but has easy access to Penryn and Falmouth. There is a front and back garden and the house feels very rustic inside with a Rayburn and woodburning stove:) You can walk to Argal lake from the house without going on any roads, it's great for jogging and walking.

All bills are included (electricity, water, fuel for the Rayburn and woodburning Stove in colder months, wifi) and natural cleaning products, toilet paper etc is also provided. A 1 month deposit is required and rent is payable on 1st of each month. We are looking for someone who would like to stay longer term, preferably 6 months or more. Please be aware the mobile phone network signal here is poor as we are in the trees.

You would be sharing with a male aged 33 and female aged 33, working in hospitality and studying conservation. We are interested in gardening, spirituality and creativity. We are seeking a male or female aged 28-45 years, preferably a mature, reliable person, working or a mature student. We are fairly relaxed in the house, sometimes having friends for dinner but its not a house for drugs or noisy parties as a lovely family lives next door. It is important to say that this is a houseshare with community values, so we only eat vegan food products in the house and are looking for someone who would like to participate in some way, for example by cooking together, gardening together and maybe playing music together or whatever you are into! You don't need to be vegan to live here, we just keep it vegan within the house but what you do outside the house is up to you. We take turns to cook a meal for each other weekly and this year we had lots of berries, apples and veggies growing in the garden!!!! We keep the house clean and have a cleaning rota with weekly rotation.
