Beautiful, clean and cosy room for short term let

I’m a grown up woman in her late 40s looking to rent out my spare room for short term letting. If you are a visiting lecturer at the Uni and here temporarily or looking for a stop gap before finding somewhere else or just here to enjoy the summer, this could be a good solution. The cottage is clean and warm, fully furnished and in a great position in Penryn. The bills are included in the rent and includes Wi-Fi. I can provide clean towels and bedding if needed. We would share the bathroom, kitchen, dining room and lounge. The bathroom just has a shower which functions well but no bath. There is a small outdoor space at the back and we are close to local amenities and public transport. Minimum stay is one week which will be £150 for longer stays of a month or more it’s £590 per calendar month. Maximum stay 4 months. As it’s a small cottage single people would be preferable although a couple could be considered if just for a few days. No pets or smoking inside, just a positive friendly atmosphere so we all feel at home.
