Lovely double room in Penryn available for August

The room

Double room in a shared house available for the month of August. We are working away but you will be sharing the house with our long-term housemates (a professional, & an MA student, both female) and our friendly cat, Marm.

The house is in a lovely quiet area with great access to the town of Penryn and its many pubs, restaurants & quirky shops. The bus stop and train station are 5 and 10 minutes away and the Uni is a 5 minute walk. The beaches are a 15 minute drive/cycle/train ride or an hour walk. There are many fantastic walks in the surrounding area.

We have a bike shed and there is free street parking.

We have a shared garden, living room and conservatory so there are many spaces to relax outside of your room.

This room would suit anybody wishing to visit Cornwall on a extended holiday/work trip and it works out cheaper than Airbnb. It is our most private room in the as it is on a separate extension. to the main house.

The price quoted is for single occupants, we would welcome couples but the price would be a bit higher for an extra guest.
