Single bed room available now until August

Looking for someone to take a single room on the top floor of our student house for the summer only.

The room is available now until 18th August 2023. Rent is £360 pcm which only includes Wi-Fi, so no bills included. Located in Harbour Village, Penryn. We are a group of 3 which includes 2 3rd year students (Tyler and I) and one professional (Owen.) We’re all aged 21, 22 and 24.

The room has a 3 door wardrobe, desk, lamp, paper waste bin and single bed. The walls are quite thin so we’d appreciate a quiet, respectful and an overall friendly person that we can get along with. We are clean so need someone who can clean up after themselves in communal areas. We have a large open plan kitchen living room, with a balcony. One of us has an ensuite so you’ll be sharing a bathroom with 2 of us.
