Your kitchen space is the shared utility room of the house, so you are the only person using it as a kitchen daily, but the rest of the household uses the room for laundry.

This is a quirky annex set-up. Would suit a student or someone looking for a quiet, private space of their own. Photos are now while rennovation still ongoing, so looks better in person than the photos.

There is an elderly cats living in the rest of the house, so you will be able to close your door and exclude them, but there is no way to avoid them entirely. Being a cat lover would be a huge plus!

There is a lovely garden with lots of herbs that you are welcome to hang out in. With washing line for laundry in summer.

All bills and wifi included in the rent. We have no TV and you are responsible for your own TV license.

On-street parking outside house.

Your lodgings will be adjascent to our friendly and busy house where a coastguard worker, a herbalist and a pre-schooler live.
